The UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Dragon Capital Group and HCM
City''s Energy Conservation Centre on Thursday announced the funding of
an initiative to develop rooftop solar photovoltaic systems in HCM City
and the provinces of Binh Duong, Long An and Dong Nai.
Authorities in HCM City said they hope UK enterprises would further
investment in local projects, and affirmed that the city would
opportunities and conditions for them to develop business.
